The membrane assembly is equipped with its own aerator path, the frame, bottom layer, diversion seal plate and aeration system are made of SUS304/SUS316 stainless steel, and the water-producing branch pipe and aeration branch pipe are all made of SUS304/SUS316 stainless steel. There is no secondary pipe distribution during the installation process. The membrane assembly is strong and durable, with strong anti-seismic and anti-impact ability and stable operation.
The membrane assembler is equipped with special connection and fixed fittings. The membrane assembly is connected to the two ends of the water pipe of the membrane assembler by means of socket. The structure is simple and compact, which reduces the leakage point, improves the sealing, and is more convenient for installation and disassembly.
There are positioning card slots at both ends of the membrane splicer. During the installation process, positioning card slots and the positioning guide rod in the membrane pool are realized, and the hoisting process is easy to operate by sliding down the guide rail.
The aeration branch pipe at the bottom of the film assembly is provided with aeration hole and mud drain hole, which can effectively prevent the aeration pipe from blocking.
